Pool Nation are a family owned and operated pool care business based in the Sunshine coast. We offer reliable and cost effective Sunshine Coast pool safety inspections and certificates, whether you need a residential pool safety certificate or a shared pool safety certificate, we are here to help.

All swimming pools on regulated land in Queensland are required, at the time of sale or lease of their property, to have a pool safety inspection conducted by a licensed pool safety inspector and be issued with a Pool Safety Certificate stating that the pool complies with the current pool safety standards.

RESIDENTIAL POOL SAFETY INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE

If you are selling, leasing or holiday letting your property with a swimming pool in Queensland you will require a Pool Safety Certificate. To be issued with a Pool Safety Certificate we will complete an on-site inspection of your pool and, if compliant against the current pool safety standard, provide you with a government issued pool safety certificate (usually on the same day).

If your pool is found to be non-compliant, a re-inspection fee will be applied if applicable.

We are licensed and insured to carry out minor repairs if required.

Our Pool Safety Inspections include the following:

  • Comprehensive inspection of your pool against the pool safety standard

  • Provide a detailed report of any non-compliance issues

  • Issue a non-conformity notice if applicable

  • Provide simple minor repairs at the time of the inspection if possible.

  • No hidden fees

  • Place your pool on the 'Pool Register' if required.
